Clear, honest pricing
Most halls make you call for a number. We would rather you know before you visit. These are starting points, and the sample events below show where a real event lands.
The whole room, one price
Every rate is the entire second floor for your event, with tables, chairs, linens, setup, and teardown.
Find your starting rate
Pick a day and a season to see where your room rate starts. Your final quote comes from us, with your date and headcount.
The bar is ours to run
Many halls make you bring your own alcohol and find someone to pour it. We hold the license and staff the bar; you choose how it is paid for. Bartenders, ice, glassware, and liability are ours.
You cover the tab
A flat per-guest, per-hour rate. Guests drink free, and you know the total before the night starts. Two tiers:
Pay for what is poured
We run a tab against a minimum you set. You cover the actual drinks, and if the room drinks past your number, you settle the difference at the end.
Guests buy their own
No bar cost to you. Our bartenders sell to guests directly, by the drink. A favorite for reunions, banquets, and daytime events.
Per-guest and per-drink rates are confirmed at booking with your headcount. You can mix models: hosted beer and wine, with a cash bar for spirits.

Three things set your number.
Guest count decides how much room and how many linens. Bar service is the biggest swing: a hosted full bar for 200 can cost more than the room itself, while a cash bar costs you nothing. And the day of the week matters, because a Saturday in June is our busiest slot and a Tuesday in February our quietest. Tell us those three and we will give you a real number, not a range.
- Reservation fee
- A non-refundable fee holds your date. It is applied to your balance, not added on top, so it is money toward your event rather than a deposit you lose.
- Event insurance
- A day-of event policy is required and purchased by you. It runs about $100 to $200 through most providers, and we can point you to one.
- Food
- Bring the licensed caterer of your choice. Food can be served and kept warm here, but it cannot be prepared on site, because there is no commercial kitchen.
