Married under the arched windows
Exposed brick, warm wood, and a full bar area, in a room that holds up to 279 and still feels like it was made for your night.
Ceremony by the windows, dinner on the floor, dancing by the bar: all in one room, one flight up.
You have the whole second floor for the day, with no other event stacked behind yours. We set the room, tend the bar, and break it all down after you leave. You bring a caterer and the people you love.
Three ways to take the room
Every package is the whole floor for the day. What changes is how much of the weekend you want and how many people you are feeding.

How many guests does the Loft hold?
Up to 279 guests in one open room on the second floor of the Miller Building.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. Bring the licensed caterer of your choice. There is a convenient kitchenette where they can stage, warm, and serve.
Is there a bar?
Yes, the Loft has a full bar area. Bar options and pricing are confirmed when you book.
Is there a sound system?
Yes. The room has its own sound system for music and toasts.
How do we hold our date?
A reservation fee holds your date. It is applied to your balance rather than added on top.
Do we need event insurance?
Yes, a day-of event policy is required. Most providers charge about $100 to $200, and we can point you to one.
Where do guests park?
There is a municipal lot behind the building and metered street parking on Washington Street.
Can we see the room before we book?
Of course. Send us a note through the Plan your wedding page and we will set up a time to walk the room together.
Rehearsal dinner upstairs, mini golf next door
Host the rehearsal dinner in the hall, then walk the wedding party next door for a round of mini golf. Same building, nobody drives, and the cousins have somewhere to be. The arcade is its own business with its own bookings, and we are happy to point you to them.
People who know the room
Caterers who know the load-in and crews who have worked the room. Not required, just a head start.
A little history, a lot of character, and room for everyone you love. Your day, your way.
